Appointment Extensions

If you wish to extend an appointment, please refer to the Online Appointment Action Form that you should have received through email. If you did not receive such notice or have general questions about extending your employee’s assignment, please contact a Visa and Immigration Services Advisor.

If you wish to extend the appointment of an affiliate, please refer to the email you should have received from Affiliate Processing, which asks you if you wish to extend or terminate your affiliate’s assignment. You will need to respond back to that assignment expiration reminder via email to initiate an extension. If you did not receive such a notice or have general questions about extending your affiliate’s assignment, please contact Affiliate Processing at Affiliate@lbl.gov.
